B360° Terms and Conditions
Flat rate not including tax and expenses. Assistance option (i) for companies subject to French law, less than 7 years old, with fewer than 20 employees and an average turnover over the previous 3 financial years of less than €3,000,000 and (ii) offered as part of a minimum 12-month package and maximum 24-month package. As part of the B360 option, we will require a fee agreement to be signed before we start any work. Please note that Bignon Lebray is required to comply with a legal code of contact and may thus not be able to provide assistance to certain clients or potential clients.
